Soo .. I heard that the people of Hoenn prayed to Rayquaza to save them from the chaos Groudon an Kyogre were making.
Raquaza heard the prayers,but knew it was outclassed by the new Primal Forms. Fortunately,Jirachi heard the prayers and decided to pay Rayquaza a visit.
Just a thought.. don't take it seriously..
