Description
Greek godess series.Persephone is the goddess of the underworld, but also of spring and rebirth. She is the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, and was taken by Hades to be his queen. She was rescued by her mother, but she had eaten four pomegranate seed and had to spend four months in the underworld each year. That makes the four months of winter.
