Ahh yes your signiture piece.The framing is superb.I may have to borrow that lol.but the image is so vibrant and alive.It seems to not want to be confined in the frame.Very nicely concieved and executed.

the lighting in this photo is gorgeous. emphasises the yellows and golds. very beautiful. i like the yellow border but i think in someways it distracts a little from the flower. however thats just my opinion. you might want to also try variations or semi transparent one as well. good stuff though

The lighting on this is gorgeous... I love how the flower emerges out of the darkness and explodes with life in oranges and yellows. The detail within the middle of the flower is super, I can see bits of pollen and delicate lines in the petals. I like the depth of field at the back of the image, how the petals seem to get softer and fade into the background, but I wish there was more DOF at the front, to keep those petals sharp. I feel it a bit distracting to have fuzziness right at the start of the image.
Beautiful bold colours, and I think you've done a great job capturing the beauty and the character of this flower.
