This started out as taking a short while to do then life and other projects got in the way and I haven't had a chance to work on it for a while.
I find whenever I'm colouring Integra in something that isn't the usual suit, I want to make it either red or blue (picture Disney's Sleeping Beauty fairies going round my head saying, make it red, make it blue) because of the fact that I always picture her colour as blue and Alucard's as red. In the end I like red as a colour better so the dress inevitably ends up red, but my brain said as I was colouring Alucard's suit, don't make it a grey-black, make it a blue black, so they've switched colours on me this time.
I tried something slightly different when colour her skin and dress, and though it didn't make much difference to the final outcome, it is faster so I'll use it from now on.
I can never make blond hair come out the way I want it to.
All in all I'm fairly pleased with the colouring on this one.

Putting alucard in black and Integra in red really shows off her power!
I'm doing a formal Integra cosplay, and my dress is deep red. I've yet to see a integra cosplay with some red in it-
don't get me wrong, all the formal integra cosplays i've seen so far are amazing and really impressive!
I just wish someone would add a lil color in them.

Pretty awesome! Was this the art you were talking about earlier to me? I really hate the new system dA installed for showing deviations and journals. I never get to see anything until very late.

Yeah this is that one. I don't find that the system is that different, then again I usually keep a tab with the messages page open and refresh it every so often.
I'm working on your picture right now (though admittedly in between fanfiction). I know I mentioned that I'd try to do coloured lines but it's not working with me so I won't and it's just going to be coloured like I usually do.
