This one is pretty much Lovecraft inspired. Curiously I haven't seen any rendition of this one anywhere.Sadly I couldn't find the original author, but SCP 2564 belongs to the SCP Foundation

Indeed I love this scp 2764 it felt unique for scp monster even compared to the other Cthulhu like monster scp 2662 Cthulhu ██████ and scp 1936 daleport. If you know any other obscure SCP monster I am always happy for requests.
