This is Scraffy. If you can't read my awful handwriting, it says:

Often forgets that he is a toon

Stuff not on the picture:
He was designed by, and is the A! equivalent of, Sparrow.
He and Yakko do not get along. At all.
He usually hangs with Wakko, which sometimes leads to awkward situations.
He lives in a cottage built as a prop. The twins (more on them later) live in a haven bag that they keep there while inside it. This leads to them often emerging into a pile of dirty laundry.
He became a toon when he veged out while watching "De-Zanitized". Next thing he knew, he was in Scratchy's office. He still forgets that he's a toon, and will just dodge anvils rather that Toon-a-porting away.
