This is one of my two Qinterwatcher daughters. Starfrost is biologically Moon and Winter’s, but views all three of the dragons raising her and her sister— Moon, Winter, and Qibli— as her parents. She and her sister, Desertsky (who I need to draw), both hatched under one full moon and have prophecy and telepathy, respectively. Starfrost is quiet and shy, and shares Qibli’s habits of keen observation. She also has the ability to use frostbreath, like Winter.
