Some older doodles I forgot to post. Probably about two or so years old. They are creatures from a bug swarm in my original character story, Annihilation Effect. You can probably guess their core inspiration is the bug army of Starship Troopers. But I intended to go a bit farther and a little different. They are not terribly significant to the plot, but a definite harassment.

Their colors change, depending on birth and location and definitely not limited to just one planet. Notorious for infesting many different worlds.

If you have been with me a super long time and have super good memory, the Urx were formerly called Kayacnids.

Snipecaster launch highly acidic pellets in a sniper rifle fashion. Urxling is just your generic, melee minion (inspired by the Zergling if you can't guess). Scorcher fires flamethrowers and fire bombs.
