Please take a moment to sign a petition to make it law for anyone who finds any animal of a domestic species (cats, dogs, etc.) to report it on a national database so that the owners are more likely to find them and have them returned. Too many people find "strays/ferals" and decide to wrongfully either keep someone's pet they took from them, or "re-home" them. Pets belong with their families, and stealing them isn't ok.
