As I told you before, I like the grain. Not to sure about that red logo from the top page, looks a bit out of it. The idea is pretty nice, but not your best design

Seems far too dark overall to me. Again, it's obvious that the background image is just photoshop noise, so try burning/dodging with some specialty brushes (or even use a texture like suggested above). I'm not sure why you're saying a texture can't be used with CSS, because it would end up as an image just like anything else...

Not bad. You could of used an actual rust pattern instead of using noise. Just go to google and type rust and save it. Use it and i should look better

That would be really hard to code. it would take really long to load because you couldn’t use css patterns
