Way back before I started drawing realistic animals and such, I used to be obsessed with drawing Lugia. He was seriously the only character I ever drew! So I thought, why not draw him one more time... with his evil villain Shadow Lugia. I'm not sure if that's what he really looks like but I tried my best to make him cartoonish. I would also like to mention that not everything here is traditional because I edited some things on the computer. The colors were enhanced by A LOT and the white dots were added to represent stars (just so that it wouldn't look too boring). I think that's about it... Lugia is my favorite legendary, save for Zapdos, Lugia is just so mysterious. . you did an excellent job in capturing the look of both Lugias.
