Way back before I started drawing realistic animals and such, I used to be obsessed with drawing Lugia. He was seriously the only character I ever drew! So I thought, why not draw him one more time... with his evil villain Shadow Lugia. I'm not sure if that's what he really looks like but I tried my best to make him cartoonish. I would also like to mention that not everything here is traditional because I edited some things on the computer. The colors were enhanced by A LOT and the white dots were added to represent stars (just so that it wouldn't look too boring). I think that's about it... Actually no and in fact I never have. It's just that Lugia was always one of my favorite cartoon characters and I felt like I had to bring my childhood back on paper
