He needs a wee bit of stubble but other than that this is perfect *_*. I like the simplified tartan myself, most can get pretty busy.
I can pretty much hear his voice in my head already as well, singing Scotland the Brave at the top of his voice and pissing England off no end XP.

Nice job on the tartan. Just some knowledge for you. White is the most common background color for formal tartans. Green is the background usually used in hunting tartans. Blue... I'm not sure on. (My own clan's formal tartan is a mesh of ugly pastel colors. /gag I like the informal tartan better. XP)
