Yeah that's because no-one takes the time to report those images. Still doesn't mean that it's not against the rules. From what I've seen fictional or not, once DeviantArt ACTUALLY realizes that stuff is there, they take semi-swift action to remove that content. It's a big website and a lot to go through.

Yeah but that also means no-ones taking the time to report art that clearly show an adult character fucking a minor. For example I have seen art of Robotnik fucking Sally Acorn on this website. (And she's 16 and he's proven to be 40-60 years old.) Because no-one reports the little things, no-one reports the big things either.

If you think it's pedophilia then do some research because it literally isn't. Dingo doesn't have a confirmed age. So regardless it's not pedophilia.

Actually if you look it up, Manic is the same age as Sonic. Classic Sonic, which is the style used for Sonic Underground is actually 8 years old. Modern Sonic is 15 years old. Given the fact that the two are part of triplets, they are still within Sonic Underground considered to be minors. And since they use the classic design, it's more likely Manic is closer to 8 years old than 15 years old. Dingo may not have a confirmed age, but it is obvious he IS an adult, on account of his given his voice, height, and body structure. So at the very least Dingo is 21 years of age. (Which is the minimum age to legally be considered an adult.) So given the logic of aging them up to both be consenting adults, Manic would logically be 21 and Dingo would be at least 34.
I never said aged-up ManicXDingo was strictly pedophilia. I said it made me cringe. And I also said that most people might say you are a pedophile supporter or something like that. And I also said you-do-you. If you want to support it, whatever. I just personally think that couple is really cringy.

A 20 year old can consent. There is nothing legally or morally wrong about a 20 year old being with a 40 year old. It might make some people uncomfortable, but it's not illegal.

But keep in mind, canonly Manic is 10-15 years old. Deviantart doesn't follow the "Oh he's aged up to 20 so now it's not pedo" ... they go off what the canon age is. So given Manic canonly is a child and Dingo, while his age is unknown is clearly an adult, and implying that Manic and Dingo have a child well Deviantart wouldn't care and would pretty much, by it's own rules, would technically consider it to be implied child porn/pedophilia.

And yeah, like Ecto says, most Sonic characters are canonly under 18. You better go through the entire Sonic fandom and report every ship art you see then if you're that passionate about it.
