Oh man, I hear ya there.
One trick I've read about is to just storyboard the whole thing on 3x5 cards and fill in the text later, I think this is how Jack Kirby / Stan Lee worked together if I recall, Jack would just do the visual story and then Stan would come in and write words.

i love his armor. Theres this restaurant in Atlanta that kinda reminds me of his the breast plate. I have major difficulties drawing armor.
