I love the 80's... I love villains. Some of my faves are from everyone's favorite on and off again Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. As much as I loved Eastman and Laird's gritty black and white indie comic(probably the first indie comic I read), I have fond memories of the goofy cartoon. From the Rocksteady and Bebop to the ridiculous Technodrome they had some great baddies.Related content

the technodrome was was "mondo fabulosu" okay! I think all the "we need more power" thing was really cool, and about rocksteady and bebop, they were cool. they are so funny. at first your like "man they're ridiculous' but then you grow attached to them and just can't believe how badly they are treated. I wish I had eastman and laird comics. I started reading them on TMNT.com but then they removed it so I couldn't continue and man they're hard to find!

I think the Eastman and Laird collections should be still available. I don't know who has the rights to the TMNT franchise now so they may be harder to come by... I love Rocksteady and Bebob despite their goofiness and they are on the list to draw for sure! I always thought the Technodrome was pretty sweet. Ridiculous? Yes! but still awesome! Ridiculous does not equal bad for me!

yah new owner is Nickelodeon, and they are doing a new cartoon but I'm affraid that it won't be as good as the classic or the 2k3 because... well if you take a good look at nickelodeon's cartoon you can't really see THAT much of good cartoons... or at least they have nothing epic.
and yah I gotta admit that ridiculous doesn't absolutely mean bad.
