you need better lighting. what I usually do is: take my drawings outside, specially when it's sunny. hold it up right/ tape it to a wall with "masking tape" (you crop out what you don't need later on your camera, phone, or Photoshop). that way, you'll get a brighter image. either that or a really bright light bulb in the middle of the night/ a dark room.
bad lighting could really ruin a drawing.Β
