Well, you could say as my Final Fantasy VII OC primarily, she could very well be the 17 of the FFVII crew. Especially with the way she playfully teases Tifa at times, lol. xD
This whole thing with Tifa as a Saiyan here though, started with this deviation that involves Raven together with my main Saiyan OC for Xenoverse 2, Elery;Β 'Yet another tail grabber...'

I'm just saying. Usually they look different, but sometimes they get lazy with the design. At the time of DBZ, Akira Toriyama stopped caring about the franchise. It to Dragon Ball Evolution to get him to start caring again.
