Spider-Man 2099: "What's wrong?"

Spider-Man: "It's Sunset... She... She dies! TONIGHT! Right there, at Alchemax!"

Spider-Man 2099: "What?! How did you know-? Oh for shock's sake, Parker! What part of "don't poke around the archives" was unclear?"

Spider-Man: "Fine, I'm a nosy Parker. But now that I've found out, it's-"

Spider-Man 2099: "It's what? My job to save her? I've got enough to deal with."

Spider-Man: "You can't mean that! You can't just ignore that she's in danger!"

Spider-Man 2099: "Hey, I'm trying to focus on what's important here."

Spider-Man: "What's important is NOT standing by and allowing others to suffer or die because you do nothing! If you don't get that, then you don't get the first thing about being Spider-Man."

Spider-Man 2099: "You're the one who doesn't get it, Parker. The future depends on-!"

Spider-Man: "MY FUTURE IS MEANINGLESS WITHOUT HER!!!"

Spider-Man 2099: ".....!"

Spider-Man: "Listen, O'Hara... Even if we do fix this and make sure none of this ever happens, if anything happened to Sunset or anyone else I cared for knowing I could've been there but I wasn't, I would never be able forgive myself for that. So I'm begging you, Miguel. Do me a solid just this once and make sure she's safe and save her if you have to. Please...!"

Spider-Man 2099: "..........*sigh*...This is gonna be a huge mistake..."

Spider-Man: "I owe you, Miguel... Big time."

Spider-Man 2099: "Shockin' right you do! But.... Well, maybe this will help even the score for everything the world owes or will owe you."

Spider-Man: 'Thank you. I mean that."

Spider-Man/Peter Parker, in the year 2099, accidentally comes across an archive file that details Sunset Shimmer's apparent demise in the past. Worried that she's in danger, he begs his future counterpart, Spider-Man 2099/Miguel O'Hara, to find her and make sure she's safe. Though hesitant and wanting Peter to stay focused on the important task at hand, Miguel agrees to help Sunset knowing how much important this is for Peter and that only her safety will put his mind and worries at ease.
