First I didnt see the turtle. Really well camouflaged

This is a nice shot, but the ground around the turtle is so busy that it makes it hard to focus on. I'd suggest trying desaturating it a little bit.

Aww hes so cute ^^ The only ciritque I cna think of that the turtle is basicalyl dead center, and for most pictures, something dead center doesnt look as interesting as if it was off tothe side more.

the color of the turtle matches the lake and highlights The turtles amphibious nature ... awesome shot

the textures and reflections are really nice. I hate to say it but the least interesting part of this for me is the turtle. The water and foreground stuff are great. I think if the turtle was positioned off center somehow I would like it more. The photography is technically excellent. Try taking a bunch of shots with different composition and see what you like.
