Commissioned work forMy task was straight forward here, airbrush the OC, portrayed her with relevance and complement it with my style; the owner kindly gave me a reference to work with:
COMMENT:
Whilst making this, I think of couple of popular characters that help the progress to build the imagery of this OC.
Thus the combination of the graciousness of Tifa Lockheart FF7:AC, the charms of Mai Shiranui, the nimbleness of Sakura Haruno, the toned legs of Chun-Li, etc.
And yes, not a coincidence in the similarity of their bottom half of the attire

This turned out really great. The fans were a nice idea. I like the sort of flying dancing jumping magical look and feel.

The pose is something I derived from a Chinese opera with the fan dance and all, somehow I imagine this idea would do great to implement this elegance in this particular character; and of course my favorite: windblown hair, there's something sublime about it that I myself can't put a finger on it yet
