i've been collecting all the blackest night comics everyweek and this story of the JSA is badass! namely Alan SCott, but the sketches of the covers are amazing! #3 comes out tomorrow! Would love to see a poster of this! great job!

The the raw grittiness of the pencils, looks awesome. I don't think the way it was painted did your drawing any kind of justice.

Awesome tonal work, crazy-ass composition aside. There is so much going on, but the elements are beautifully separated and easy to read. Really dig texturing on the undead, and the diffuse light seems to be coming from beneath the figures. This is one monster cover, pun intended!
