I used a costume brush that has a painterly texture, not the default round brush. For the paintings like slop, nastya, and the two eyes I only used the default photoshop round brush with different hardness settings - and for ones with texture like this one, flowers, and and pl ones - I just use any brush from a painterly pack. :3
