What sort of shading? I think I see crosshatching under the cloak, but that's all I can talk about. Cause you know, the only art I did was in elementary school

yeh crosshatching using finer lines...seems to look a bit nicer.

Awesome! Best female version of the NCR Ranger combat armor I've seen. Very good job on the Pip-boy 3000 as well. I'm a little perplexed by the Vertibird, though I suppose it's possible the Rangers managed to acquire, repair and field a Veribird for special ops. The teddy bear adds a little irony to the picture for sure. Like it's her little quirk, where she needs her teddy with at all times or she's a mental mess. Ya never know.

yep that's the ballistic fist...tho having the pip-boy 3000 AND the pimp-boy 30000 would be handy, especially if it ment ya could operate 2 guns at once ha

Two guns in that game would really help. And fully craftable weapons (*Like Dead Rising 2*) and complete 1st person (*When you fall over or sit down, entirely 1st person*) or even make it destructible environment and real-time physics. And also some realistic enemy damage (*Eg: You shoot their head, they die. You shoot their arm, they drop their gun. You shoot their armour, their safe. You shoot their crouch, they fall over*) and then, and only THEN will Bethesda be Thinking with portals.

Hopefully. And also EVERYTHING Misc that you can pick up is a weapon. And WAY less guns and ammo and high ass prices. More survival of the fittest and whatnot.
And WAY more craftable items. That'd be my main want. And seconded by Destructive environment. I mean, C'mon, I'm forced to use my fatman for each Albino Radscorpion (* They're FUCKING EVERYWHERE!!!*)and all that's left is a scorch mark? nah-uh. Not cool bethesda. Not cool.
But if it did have everything in it, I swear, I'd happily pay $400 for it.

sorry if I'm nitpicking, but that's a Nevada Desert Ranger uniform. NCR Rangers themselves wear a different uniform than Desert Rangers. and the riot armor needs a bit of work to look just right. it's nearly perfect.

The Desert Rangers became part of the NCR Rangers in 2271, so he isn't far off. The armor, IMO, doesn't need a bit of work because it's custom made/altered for this individual. In retrospect, most attire would differ for person to person (realistically). Even uniforms (as such a thing would be rare in the true definition).

yes, I've been to the outpost and know that they joined the NCR. but the point is that im just noting the guy that the armor is an NCR desert ranger armor, rather than a regular NCR ranger armor; so, there's a difference. NCR rangers don't wear dusters
