Staff Power: Mass Hacking
History: Axo was nicknamed after a Plasmid which was never released to the Public, the plasmid gives the user the power to Hack EVERYTHING electrical. Axo guards Neptune's Bounty with his power to Hack everything in a 1 mile radius.
This Picture was a long stretch because Protodermis is Bionicle and it's a stange kinda element, I've kinda turn into a element that can mutate, because that's what it does....... kindof

Just thought you should know, Energized protodermis changes or kills beings. Regular protodermis doesn't have that effect.

It mutates, changes, fuses some that are exposed to it, while others are destroyed and killed.
