Edge's Calling of the Ceruleousthe wind is cold and its bitting into my skin, but yet i dont feel frost bitten at all... ever since i came back from the angel sanctuary things have been differnt, for the short ammount of time i was seemingly gone things happened that i might have been able to change... this new fire of mines... what can it do, whats your full power and strength...
[Edge sits on a rock covered in snow and holds out his right hand, it ignites into his azure flame and the winds pick up, a blue shine is seen from a distance... and an image appears, it comes closer and its the image of the Ceruleous...]
is this it? your full power... the ice hawk...

Seriously, one thing you could do is make a link to details of the image, or post it in downloadable format and remind people to look at that if they're interested. So it doesn't kill us all

@_@ That's so cool ^_^'. You're really good at color adjustment (in terms of deciding what colors to use for the 'fantasy' part).
I could so see this as a desktop for those gloomy cold days.
Just for future note, you might wanna consider applying a light grain filter to the mythical-parts of the image, just so that it blends with the original pic and makes it look a little more like the creature+flame really was there when the shutter clicked ^_^.

i DID lol but the tg that went wrong with that is that th eoriginal image wasnt really a grain issue its snow itself, if i could replciae snow and laye rit ontop of the ice hawk then it woulda blend it , i treid the noise on multiple layers and it just didn tlook right at all, it made the entire imag elooks even faker then what it is, as for colro choice, i always go with the natural lighting, i do increased its saturation but if you notice all my pic si take, well its hard ot tell but all th epics have lighting similar to what i want in the effects

I think it's safe to say,now Edge has gained a better flame with the effects of both fire and ice, which in my book is an excellent turning point in his Quest. To me,Ceruleous has come forth to Edge to bless his new flame as respect.

in all honesty ceruleous should be a fire bird liek fenix and not ice, edge has abslutly not control over ice except melting it lol, i only made this ice cause it fit the ambiant atmospher, but onc eagain im glad you like it

Looks nice Mr. Edge. Not as good as fenix, but still nice. I think his bottom wing shoulda been a tad longer. I know you're trying to do the whole perspective (which you did), but I think a tad longer. I love the little shadow in the water. That's a nice touch. One question though...that I didn't think about till now. Edge is a fire user...not ice...and his blue fire is spiritual, but still fire. So why does he have an ice hawk

aww this looks way better the fenix, i modled the ceruleous after a fenix, the only thign thats not modled was the tail so i canunder stand why you say that in actualy the bottom wing is fine tis the damn tail that throws it off, oh well now i know what i need to do to do ice next time (i doubt there will be a next lol), and yes spiritual fire is not hot nor cold, it basically rots flesh like nuclear radton as oppsoe to red fire that burns flesh to like a crispy cinder, but i chose to make the ceruleous an ice type cause its snowing, i might as well throw in a curve ball, a blue fenix would seem....... redudnatly cliche i guess, but they are both blue so thats hwat counts th emost

As for the lightning tiger, I'm not sure, but just something I do when I don't know a name for someone/something is I put a word or phrase into an online translator and see what the translation is. Latin works best for the names, I think. -->[link] this is a nice translator for Latin, if you would like.

lightning in latinis levitas lol that so doesnt work lol, i;ll see what i come up with late ron oh well, it took me a while ot come up with ceruleous, i was originaly gonan just say "ice hawk" but apparently its too bland

Hm, I'm taking a look at the translator for you to see if I can come up with anything interesting. Here are a few I came up with.
desumo unus
cattus amo desumo
rector desumo
You can mix those up, such as I did with my character Atramuna- originally Atrum unus. Hope this helps! If it doesn't, then good luck coming up with another

better for me to print latter on lol, i DO suppso eit its to big, i guess i take to much pride, what resolution is yoru compy at? i have mine son 1024x768 and its just bareable in 100% full screen, the full screen of the image is 2000 wide thats......... alot more then 1024 lol ok nvm i fuckd up my own point hahhhaah anywya you can shrink it down yoursel fi fyouwant for better viewing, but it jst wouldnt show alot of details at all if i shrunk it, i wanted peoepl to see the snow it self and all

Nice. You know I love your photo manips. Good work, although the bird don't look "there" as much as all of your other ones. But, still way better than what I could do. I'm still trying to learn how you make those flames and things, although I think I might be close to figuring it out. I couldn't find any good tutorials on that site you gave me a link to. I had been there before n-e ways. But, Nice work, 8/10.

i really have no idea how to get the bid to look like its "there" this is the first time i had to do ice, so i didn teven know wher ei was heading with here, as for the fire, its all in the smudge, nothing else but the smudge afrter you smudge it on a new layer you creat anothe rlayer below it and paint it all black then merge the fire and black layer set it to linear dodge then colro it in with hue then duplicate it again and color it againa with hue but this time slightly offset of the original colro to creat a color blending effect and thats all
