okay, this has been bugging me, HOW DO YOU DO THESE EFFECTS??? i favorited that one where you're dong a fireblast or whatever, and i tried to do it with some of my pics, but it just didn't come out right. you dont' have a TUT o how you come up with these effects do you?

no cause each time you do them its a bit different, they are also done by hand and actually do require sum hands on skill that most peopel either donthave or refuse to work for and want a quick filter, these are not dont with quick filters

no, i understand that, but how do you get the flames to look like actual flames, or those other powers that i saw to look like they do? oh, and i don't use filters.

its done with the smudge tool an dlayer blends, most peopel think its filters, thats far from the truth

Yeh, i tried to do something with the pen tool that smudging it, but i didnt get it to look as good as yours :/

personally i use the paint brush, but it takes ALOT of practice, theres no short cut to this

this involves more then 1 tutorial and is a combination of them all doen by hand not filters, or special effect brushes, this is all doen by a stock fotoshopp with no additonal plugins, an dno, i dont tak eon students anymore i only taugh tone person it was if you nice he might point you inthe right direction, hes more blunt then me, be warned

the diaoluge box or the narative boxes? lol the peopel who like my speech bubbles as oppose to those who dont are abotu 50/50, personally i think they are unique and un cliche to the typical round bubbles, personally hate those so i came up with these, but liek i said 50/50 sum hate sum love....

The flames look really good when they're thin like this.
The blur to this one makes a really good background effect.
Also, I can't tell if it was a blurring or anything like that, but around the flames it looks like they have a slightly bigger part to them, but less visable, maybe to depict motion, but it makes the picture look even better.
