I love how you've taken a somewhat dull photo and livened it up a lot.
I particularly love how the dragon thing comes up out of the water, the way you've brightened the water in the photo works really well.
The cloudy sky also works well..

I like it. The character looks a lot calmer than I would be if I had electricity streaming out of my hand but I guess you can get used to anything with practice.

lol your are the fist and only person to say its electricity, its actually "water" type power, its not streamign out, its actually converging into his hand, the leviathan is being summone dby Testament, testaments back groudn story is pretty complicated, but in short testament is a spirit user so he can spirit summon, just like me, his is the leviathan and mines in the fenix, sum people say hes very stiff, to me its mor eliek "well how would you act if you called forth a creature, not even in its full power" but yeah i must admit, you are the first to say its electricity, th eonly two electricty ysers are halo and raven, halo is lightning and raven is static

Well, in Project: TimeWise, species are ranged by two different parameters: Form Class (Humanoid, Insectoid, ect...) and PKE (Psychokenitic Energy) level. You see, in my story, the Quan'Tuckints look human as we do, as a matter of fact they're indistinguishably human. What sets them apart from us is there ability to manipulate non-organic materials on an atomic level, so, by Paratech's measuring and class system, they're an Above-class Humanoid species. The Metaeks on the other hand are Entry-Class Insectoid creatures, or below mental standards than humans that look like insects. Your bud in the picture here is what Paratech would class as an Advanced-Class Humanoid, or a human that can manipulate other PKE fields.
It is very simular to that range of power users you seem to discribe, maybe if you note me with the way this structure is, it may improve on my own class system.

hmmmmmm PKE would be a power user trait, his powers come from his spriit energy as does mine, but the leviathan is calle dout by his spirit, just liek my fenix is calle dout by mines, the story between me an dhim gets super complicate dthoguh lol

didnt take long at all onc ei figured whati needed to do, but by then i was liek fuck it, i'll put the new thigns i just learned into work on the new one, the fenix VS the leviathan, but i need ot get the fenix one done first lol, for the water effects, i had to use a filter lol, unlike what jessichu said, not all the filters are useless, they do make life easier though up to and extent
