It's smth like Gothic Neko Lolita X3 X3Unfortunately i still *hehehe* cannot find the pixel brush in Photoshop,so it's as always on white background...=___= Perhaps it could be better on transparency...=___=
I'm not very satisfied with her clothing,especially with the skirt and stockings or how it's called *too lazy to open the dictionary...Z__Z* but first time I like the hair^^

Пиксельная кисть в ФОтошопе называется Square Brushes, работать с ней надо в режиме карандаша и естественно, с её первым размером.
