History

Picte used to work in his homeworld as a Tax Manager in the Government Department of his nation. However, there was a massive fraud that costed a huge sum of money. Picte was unfairly incriminated and, being Xamoola a planet with a surprisingly low crime rate, commiting a felony would result in being exiled from the planet, leaving behind all that he had (his job, friends, family and wife).

Luckily for him, he arrived to the Earth later (he's still not sure if it has been just months or centuries, and that is a great concern for him). There he met Gaby and they quickly began a friendship of mutual care, staying away from the humans and finding a way to solve each other's problems.

Personality

He is a very friendly being, sociable and very sympathetic. He will help you if you need it, assist you if you are in trouble and confort you in case you feel bad. However, this makes him very naive and it's very easy to fool and trick him out.

Abilities

Picte is a midget, basically. However, this makes him have a unique body in comparisson to the average people of his planet. He can inhale great ammounts of air to inflate himself up and then exhale it through all around his body. This can make him float for a considerable ammount of time.

Additionally, the black parts of his body are super sensitive and each one has an unique function. His "ears" are actually as powerful as radars and can detect lots of sounds; his nose is also a very nice tracker and, aside of sniffing smells, can be a handy compass; his feet and hands are very sensible to movements and also he can "read" machines if he connects his fingers with them (this is how he learned the human language).

tl;dr He's a midget dog-like alien that can puff up like a balloon and float. He's naive but smart, and he can be your friend.
