Thanks SJF-Penguin! I'm pretty sure this was Milt's scene, so I wouldn't be surprised if the gestures from these scenes were included in concept-art collections somewhere--Milt's drawings kinda defined who Robin Hood was. To a certain extent I would say Robin was Milt's character, since he would do redesigns and drawovers for the other animators. What's interesting to me is watching Robin's character design change and progress throughout the production--you'll notice that in some scenes Robin looks more like the mice from Cinderella, with a more recessed mouth, but in others he more closely resembles the full-snouted version above. Sorry for the information overload, I just think this stuff is so cool! Milt's the man!

I don't mind the "information overload"! I will have to look for these differences in Robin's appearance the next time I watch the movie.

I'm one of those who hadn't heard of Milt Kahl before, but because you had mentioned him in the description, I recognized his name in the credits when I watched Lady and the Tramp the other day for the first time in a while.
