It is missing a step cuz I forgot to save the flat base colors but here ya go.This is my new pokemon at Snowflake ref I got her from crunchbite101 who got her from tamingofthesandshrew I believe
I am working on other drawings of her and a ref image as well but I just wanted to show a process (sorry I forgot a step)
