Oh, I do like this! My one small criticism would be on his hand and the crystal; they dont look quite as well ...shaded? finished?... as the rest, I think. Other than that, it's fantastic. You've captured his profile perfectly, and the hair is great, as is the perspective behind him. Brilliant work!

Good points on the detail in His Nibs hairdo and whatnot.
Just felt compelled to hassle you on the composition a bit, though... with all the space of the Escher room as a backdrop, you shouldn't've placed baby Toby right above the crystal. Assymmetry is your friend.
But what do I know, I'm just a hat.
