Since I saw Star Wars Episode 9: The Rise of Skywalker earlier, I thought I'd make this meme. This is basically characters reacting to Darth Vader's funeral via cremation at the end of Return of the Jedi.Every time I watch this scene, I start crying because of how sad it truly is. It really hits me right in the feels. I'm sure the characters in the pic feel the same way, and who could blame them?

No. Not a funeral for Darth Vader, Dark Lord of The Sith, Apprentice to Darth Sidious/Emperor Palpatine, The Emperor's Enforcer, and Grandfather of Kylo Ren. But rather a funeral for Anakin Skywalker, Jedi Knight, The Hero Without Fear in The Clone Wars, Padawan to Obi-Wan Kenobi, Master of Ahsoka Tano, The Chosen One, Husband of Padme Amidala, Father of Luke Skywalker and Leia Skywalker Organa Solo, and Grandfather of Ben Solo.

The TRUE ending of the main film series. Both very tragic as an ending to a fallen figure, and yet with hope for the future.
