He got his wish when a dragon raid killed Crown Prince Edef, sparking the Aquilian-Dragon War and the Hundred Years of Fire that soon engulfed the rest of the continent of Elyssia.

You and the clans you've corralled under your banner of death and slaughter have done what no other Dragon has done; what we were always told as hatchlings would NEVER happen, because the 'petty little morsels' secretly 'knew their place' amongst us Dragons. After all the countless villages and cities sacked, ships plundered...and scores of their people crushed underfoot, devoured alive, burned by your fire or taken as slaves and--playthings...you did it.
You've united them ALL against us. Humans, Elves, Dwarves...even some Orcs and Trolls have taken up the crusade.
An entire continent of proud kingdoms, scheming republics, and everything in between...out for the blood of ANY Dragon they find. And their leader, this 'Iron-Heart', does not wish to drive us back into our old Wastelands and lairs. He wishes to EXTERMINATE us. Down to the last hatchling. Any mercy or restraint shown matters not; to be a dragon is to be marked for death.Β
Do you understand that, Goreshade? They won't stop until WE are all slain, or THEY suffer the same fate. Bluster all you want about me being a 'coward' or a 'scared little hatchling'--I've been among the Lesser Races far more than you have. Both as a raiding, devouring beast AND a fairer mistress who let my conquests live. I've seen what they can do when they are truly inspired; truly zealous; truly desparate.
However this war ends...YOU will be known as the one who started it! The one who pushed the Lesser Races over the edge; left our hunting grounds war-torn ruins!Β
...Or, the one who killed our entire race.
The war drums are beating, Goreshade. Can you hear them?"

It's quite a spectacular "The Reason You Sucked" speech, Krasta condemning Goreshade for dooming their entire race to a genocidal war that they might not win.Β

And even if the Dragons DO win, they'll be left with a burned, shattered wasteland with nothing to raid, no one to conquer...
On that note, I can imagine Krasta spilling Goreshade's masterminding of the Dragons' raids and aggressiveness to Jaeger as her last words before he kills her. One last "f*** you" to the bastard; just like she promised.
"Human...when you slay Goreshade, tell him Krasta will be waiting for him in Hell."
