I really like these designs. There far better than the copy pasting of OTL's Soviet Union.
One suggestion I would make is removing the white border around the Scots thistle it just makes it look like it's been glued on.

Do you have used the European flag for the Irish Workers' republic's flag ? (stars)

It's sure inspired by the "Starry Plough" flag , used by Irish socialist republicans. Those stars's layout forms the shape of Ursa Major constellation, known in British Isles as the "Plough" (so the name).

looks nicer..but on the english one would the workers use the tudor rose to represent englandยฟ?...dunno if this is a soicialist republic kind but seems odd...but like the colouring style
