Attention, Billy Hatcher fans! SOL, the director of SUMO Digital, has proposed polls/petitions for potential DLC characters in Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed. In order to be DLC, that character needs to have 1,000 signatures by December 1. Billy needs all the support and help since characters like Miku Hatsune and Bayonetta are in the lead.
