I finished coloring this piece over the weekend.Sakura getting ready for her day.

I was trying to do a picture with leaf shadows like this a while back.....and while it turned out okay, it still didn't look as good as I was hoping for.
What is a good way to go about painting this type of shadow?Β

there's no trick to it really. just a lot of trial and error. it took me a while to get a pretty shape. just keep at it!

I wonder how SakuraΒ΄s clothes (as well as any other Street Fighter character) manages to stay clean and tidy after SO MANY YEARS! TheyΒ΄re always wearing them, night and day, and itΒ΄s always the same stuff, hewheheahwhawhawa! Can you imagine how big their wardrobe is? Now there is a new idea for your next drawing.
