Oooh deary me.This had better amuse someone half as much as it amused me to draw it, becuz it was a complete waste of my time lol
You know, there are so many oppurtunities to mock these characters and yet there just isn't enough crack VC art out there (as far as I know)...
so draw more, people! Please! It does entertain me so.

p.s. this contains the first joke I've made about the Lestat musical. There will be more. Elton John was really just asking for it.

And yes, what? Excusing the fact that it's a musical for a moment, these are some of the most amazing, deadly vamps ever. So of course Elton John must be a logical choice to write the music.
And then we stop excusing the fact it's a musical. MUSICAL CONCERNING SOME OF THE MOST DEADLY, AMAZING VAMPIRES EVER. I FAIL TO SEE HOW THIS COMPUTES (especially when you factor in ELTON JOHN did the music).

Oh, I don't even know who David is! Is he the vampire Lestat made that was with him when the house Lestat, Louis and Claudia lived in was on fire? Does he appear in the third book? I just started reading the third one. And heck this IS very entertaining!! Haha, Gabrielle was old and dying, haha.
She's legal! No! Lestat that's wrong! She's your kid, ya know. That you had with Louie... yup. I love how homosexual the entire series is.

Oh yes, David's in the third book: He's the guy running the Talamasca. He doesn't play a huge part in book three, but book four includes him a lot (quite an adventure, he's the only one who'll help poor Lestat). Key plot point right from the beginning: Lestat has an opportunity to be mortal again! (Yeah. Just envision how horrible that could go.)

I have to answer: No, no I didn't. <3 It's all very unpredictable. Knowing that one little detail doesn't prepare you at all for the why's and how's and the going on's prior to it. Look forward to reading it.

Oh, I am. I just can't get past that stupid Jessie (was that her name?) girl. She's my least favorite character and it's tormenting to read about her. I want to see Lestat and Louis again! Preferably doing things that I should not yet be reading about :}

Ahhhh, well, the good news is, book three is nothing like the movie. Jesse may have a lot of background story, but she's really a pretty minor character to the overall plot. o_O Without her, I'm pretty sure everything would have happened exactly the same as it did. (My favorite bits of book three were the bits about Armand.) The middle of that book was very, very dull....... I had no interest in Jesse, either. Don't worry, it'll speed back up soon!

Haha, so far Armand is my favorite part too! I'm so glad he found a new lover <3 well, I guess I'll just have to suffer through Jesse. Can't wait to see what Lestat does next, haha. Love that brat prince.

I actually cheated and read "The Vampire: Armand" before I read book 4. What little I missed only really extended into the prologue, because the book is a retelling of his early life, just like Lestat's autobiography was. Armand's my favorite. I really do prefer him as the auburn haired devil-child that he is in the books rather than the tall, dark and handsome look in the movies and Broadway musical. But, speaking of, Armand's got a nice song in the musical, and I really do love the voice the guy has: [link] >3

I also prefer Armand as the devil-child xD It's a totally different image when I watch "Interview with the Vampire" and see Armand so.... old! I can't wait to read Armand's story, I just have to get past Jessieeee aaaaah.

I found it immensely amusing to watch the other Broadway goers squirm uncomfortably in their seats as one man after another made out with one another up on stage. A good time all around I'd say.

HA!! That's amazing! I'm about halfway though Memnoch the Devil and I've got to say that Lestat is my hero! And I'm really mad at Louis and Marius for abandoning Lestat in the body thief.
