yes i know he goes into the sun, but what i still do not understand is why LESTAT IS TAN. a guy with his colouring would not actually go that dark. and it looks kind of weird with his hair too.
i know about mojo, Lestat has always liked dogs (poor mastiffs)

Ah, I see. But the book does not precisely say HOW tan he gets, so i guess it grants artistic freedom. Also, skin coloring doesn't stop most people with Lestat's coloring from use spray-on tan. Ooompa Lumpas! :3

Ahaha... I adore this... xD It sucks that I only started reading the chronicles as of lately, I mean, WHERE HAVE I BEEN.
And yeah, Lestat can be an egomaniatic luurve addict all he wants, all of us will still find him hot. 
Hm, the one thing I don't get is why Lestat is so tanned...? (that might have something to do with the already mentioned fact that I just started reading the first few books of the chronicles, in case it's a spoiler of some sort, lol)

Well, in the "Tale of the Body Theif" (which I am currently half-way through), Lestat attempted to kkill himself by lying in the hot sun of the Gobli Desert. However, since he had drunk the blood of several ancient vampires, he didn't die... he just got a REALLY good tan.
