The mermaid is based off of an image of Hilly Hindi from The Hillywood Show .
I like the little mermaid feel of it all...Well, I hope you all enjoy it! ^_^
I imagine this would make for a cool Ariel cosplay, even though it is not true to the characters outfit. >.<
