Rusty is a 2-year-old liver brindle Border Collie. She's lived her life on the streets, and has trouble trusting most humans. Unless they offer her food, the quickest way to her heart.

Suzy is a 5-year-old German Shepherd. She was once a police dog with her brother, but took on an injury that forced her to retire early. She now works as a therapy dog for other dogs at the Bloommoore Manor Shelter.
She lives with her handler, Tomas.

Leslie is a 32-year-old trans woman who works at the Bloom-moore Manor Shelter. She is married to one of the veterinarians that she works alongside, and they're very cute and very in love.
She recently lost her very senior dog, Fizz, and is still grieving for him.

Tomas is a 28-year-old guy ("man" feels too professional to him) who works at the Bloom-moore Manor Shelter. He's kinda goofy, kinda loud, but very reliable and friendly.
He adopted Suzy after she got injured, and takes her to work with him every day so she can hang out with the dogs who might want company.
