-Though young he was the captain of a merchant vessel.
-A mysterious storm destroyed his ship and crew and when Ambrose awoke he was in a different world- a world that was inhabited by humans.
-The confused and lost Ambrose was captured rather quickly and tricked into working at a circus for a few years.
-He eventually escaped and currently lives in a forest, only occasionally entering human territory to get food or other necessities. He hasn’t really come to trust people quite yet.
