Description
Love God is an idiot… A lovable one but still an idiot . Either way, he’s made a lot of mistakes.
One: He left his love potions unprotected in his open van.
Two: He willingly left them behind when he KNEW Mable had already “borrowed” one.
Three: He labelled them. Making it easy for our favourite twins to find the potion they need.

The first act of idiocy was telling Mabel he was a paranormal being.

Technically, he's a Love God, not the Love God, so there are probably more of them out there.
Maybe he gets his potions from a distributer and he just forgot to take the label off.

I always assumed that he created them because it would be a part of his "job" to spread love.
There's no confirmation of other Gods... at the moment. Maybe in the future, we'll see a variety of Gods. I'd love to see more Greek mythology.

I agree. A normal person does forget things. However Love God is... well, a god.
The issue is that there are only about seven? potions he uses. After so many years, it would become instinctual. Also if he spent the time and effort to create them, wouldn't he automatically recognize each one.
It just seems convoluted to me.

And if you want convenient Mabel could've simply asked Love God to make Robbie and Tambry fall in love like the snake and badger.

That video was more about embarrassment than stupidity. He clumsily tripped in front of his fans.
If Mabel asked him to make Robbie and Tambry fall in love, he would've refused. Unlike the snake and badger, he was dealing with humans. He would have known that the two held contempt for each other and knew that they wouldn't make a good couple. Mable practically brainwashed them into a relationship.
