Dex Entry : A very skittish pokemon, they collect together in huge flocks for safety against predators. They produce cotton continuously and must shed often in order to keep themselves from overgrowing, the colour of its wool can be influenced by the berries it eats before moulting.

Heh... Forgot about sheep- another thing Wales is famous for! Now all you need is a Hill Pokemon, a Beach Pokemon and a Campsite Pokemon, and you're set- just fill the rest with Farfetch'd!
I really like the design- really cleverly implemented that the sheep is a cotton bud, and using leaves as the ears is really clever, too! I like how you've not made it entirely cotton, too, how it has leaves coming from the legs and the additional head decoration- makes the design that much interesting. And I really like the unique typing, too, Normal paired with another type is always a favourite for me!
