ACI-140 is a fully functional, sentient, robotic being. Origin is as of yet unknown. The subject appears to be made up of various metals and flexible carbon. 140 was brought to our facility by [REDACTED] when discovered near the site. We shall proceed to test the new subject.

Also, data reports have come in regarding 140's blue "light" substance and needs to be further tested to create full results. Testing on the subject has caused it to become irritable and hostile. During a recent test of the blue substance, ACI-140 proceeded to [DATA EXPUNGED] Dr.[REDACTED], resulting in her hospitalization. New regulations have been made to prevent further incidences.

Test results have come back regarding ACI-140's blue substance. The chemical make-up is still unidentifiable, but tests have proven that it is what powers ACI-140. Through various activities, we have recorded that the more of it that is emitted from the ports on 140's body, the more active and aware 140 is. The subject becomes dormant when there is no substance being emitted. We hypothesize that this substance is some sort of biochemical unique to ACI-140
