Whew! This piece took a few days to finish and I'm proud of it!!
Now, the backstory!
If you don't know, this is Andre's split personality. His other half is much more sinister and zombie-like. His instincts take over and both of his eyes go black. He truly becomes a vicious, bloodthirsty, zombie who's only goal is to eat. He'll attack anything that moves in this state, so it's best to avoid him at all costs when he's like this. The shift is triggered by a few factors including: Blood, extreme hunger, rage, stress, and depression. He is more agile and more deadly like this, completely lacking humanity and self control. He is, however, easily outsmarted and can be contained, then calmed down from this. When he comes back to, he has no knowledge of his actions in this state of mind, though he is aware of "doing bad things".

On a sidenote, if anyone's interested, I can draw a couple other Cinnas in this realistic style for $25 ;w;
