Aura is the energy you radiate! Or so I've heard... Everyone's got one, and apparently Lucario can bend his to his will which allows him to shoot it off and such. And the way it appears on Brawl, it looks like blue flames.

do you think it would be hard to shape aura like that? like, i know it would take a long time to perfect, but would it be extremely hard?
and how come Togekiss, Giratina and a few other pokemon can learn aura sphere?

And for them, who knows? It's a pokemon move and one thing I've learned is that Pokemon moves are not limited to one pokemon. Magikarp knows splash, but Maril can learn it too.

Or Dialga's Roar of Time or Palkia's Spacial Rend, but legendaries have those special moves, Lucario is a common Pokemon aura sphere is somewhat of a common move, so it makes sense that others would be able to use it.
