Atlas and Miko both have a high interest in magic therefore they often come together to conjure illusions of their favorite things. But Shiro sees this as Atlas intruding on their relationship (did I mention that Shiro has a crush on Miko?) so he doesn't trust Atlas with her(I hope that makes sense if it doesn't, my bad it's 2 am lol). Due to this he's constantly observing their hangout sessions (stalker much?). Now he would confront him but due to his extreme antisocialness and awkwardness he can't bring himself to do it.
As far as Atlas is concerned during his and Shiro's interactions he knows somethings off but never finds out what.
But let's just forget that an focus on Da Milkyway. Afterall the Milkyway is de wae. (I'll take my leave lmao)
