well first you have to have adobe photoshop
and then download the screen tune patterns, load them to the program and then they are ready to use

did you try adding another layer on top of the lineart and change the layer blending option to multiply?

ok let me explain layers to you
take the layer as a transparent paper that you place it on top of the original drawing
you can do anything on it but it wont hurt the original drawing and you can delete it if you want
